Sir, i am doing job in steel plant's design department as a piping enginerring but we are as a client side so there is no knowledge gain snd no lernig of softwere also my job role is not fixed sometime i have to go to site and do some mesurment and reverse enginering.i have around 4 year of experience and i relly want to move from this companey but due to the lack of knowledge and hand on experience in softwear i coudent get a job. Sir what should i do please suggest.
